1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ForgeTrader ("the Service"), operated by ForgeTrader Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

ForgeTrader provides automated cryptocurrency trading tools, including but not limited to: multi-strategy trading agents, genetic optimization, per-coin parameter tuning, visual strategy building, and real-time monitoring dashboards. The Service connects to third-party cryptocurrency exchanges via API to execute trades on your behalf based on configured strategies.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using ForgeTrader, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. API Keys and Exchange Access

The Service requires you to provide API keys from your cryptocurrency exchange accounts. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for generating API keys with appropriate permissions (trade-only recommended)
• ForgeTrader encrypts your API keys using AES-256 encryption
• ForgeTrader never requests or accepts withdrawal permissions
• You maintain full control over your exchange accounts and funds at all times
• You can revoke API key access from your exchange at any time

6. Non-Custodial Model

ForgeTrader operates on a strictly non-custodial basis. We never hold, control, or have direct access to your cryptocurrency funds. All trades are executed through your exchange accounts via API. ForgeTrader is not a financial institution, exchange, or custodian.

7. Trading Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Automated trading systems, including ForgeTrader, may generate losses. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that:

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• ForgeTrader does not guarantee any specific returns or outcomes
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• Technical issues may affect trade execution
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes

8. Subscription and Payments

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription after the trial period. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy (30-day money-back guarantee on annual plans). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by ForgeTrader Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeTrader Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
